In an effort to gain a better understanding of their customers' online behavior across various platforms, Symbiome, a beauty industry e-commerce company, engaged my services to develop a dashboard using Google Data Studio. By consolidating data from Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and Bigquery, the dashboard provided a unified view of key metrics such as website traffic, revenue, user behavior, and marketing campaign performance. The data visualization presented in the dashboard enabled Symbiome to promptly identify trends, patterns, and optimization opportunities to refine their marketing strategies and boost their online sales performance. Through my expertise in Google Data Studio and data analysis, I delivered tools that empowered Symbiome to make data-driven decisions and achieve significant improvements in their online performance, ultimately allowing them to better serve their customers and grow their business.
